This 1973 Toyota Crown Station Wagon (MS62) has recently arrived to our shop from Japan. The Toyota Crown has been a staple luxury car for the Japanese market since the 50′s. Known for the high quality construction, reliability, and comfort, the Crown was a must have for many high profile celebrities in Japan. Being the first Toyota to be imported to the United States, Toyota knew that the Crown must be something special to wow the American consumer. The Toyota Crown was exported to the United States from 1958-73. The Crown is also the longest running passenger-car nameplate affixed to any Toyota model.
This being a 1973 model Japanese market car will make it stand out at any car show or just cruising down the road. This Crown is a good running and driving condition with a 2.0L “M” inline 6 engine and a 3 speed manual column shift transmission that has recently been upgraded with a Weber 38 DGES carburetor with electric choke for easy starts. With third row seating this Crown can comfortably seat 8 passengers.
